As a Maintenance Crew Lead, you will oversee daily landscape maintenance operations while leading and supporting a crew in the field. You'll ensure every property is maintained to the highest standards, communicate effectively with team members and clients, and help create beautiful, well maintained outdoor spaces through quality workmanship and dependable leadership.
As a Maintenance Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while learning the skills needed to build a successful career in commercial landscape maintenance. This hands on role provides opportunities to develop your knowledge of equipment, landscape care, and industry best practices while contributing to a hardworking, team focused environment.
